We deliver to the following places at the following rates:
Zone 1: Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland - Standard Post from €2.70, DPD Courier €5.30, Special DPD rate of €4.99 on all Rep of Ireland orders over €35 (For free shipping to Ireland on orders over €125 use code FREE-IRE)
Zone 2: Mainland UK - Registered Post from €8.80, DPD courier €12.99 (For free shipping to the UK on orders over £115 use code FREE-UK)
Zone 3: France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg - Registered Post from €8.80, DPD courier €16.80
Zone 4: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Poland, Switzerland - Registered Post from €8.80, DPD courier €18.20
Zone 5: Lithuania, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia - Registered Post from €8.80, DPD courier €19.60

HOW DO WE SHIP AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
We strive to keep the cost of shipping down for our customers. All of our parcels are sent using our chosen courier DPD for European destinations and Registered Post for North America and the Rest of the World. Your order will be consigned a Parcel Consignment Number to allow you to track your order to your door through DPD or AnPost. We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of you placing them, except if we are waiting on stock of a size/colour of an item you have ordered. In this event we usually dispatch within a maximum of 5 days.
Ireland & the UK: 2 - 7 working days
Rest of Europe: 7 - 10 working days
Rest of the World: 10 - 12 working days
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE SEND AN ORDER OVER TWO DELIVERIES?
You only pay once for shipping per order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you. If we need to send your order over two parcels we will cover the additional shipping costs.
WHAT IF YOU'RE NOT HOME WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES?
Should there be no one home when your parcel arrives our courier company will contact you using the contact number you provide with your order details. Failing that they will leave a card advising that they've called with contact details for you to arrange a more convenient delivery time. If you are concerned that your order has not reached you and seems delayed; please contact us at sales@theballerinastore.com and we will be happy to follow up the status of your parcel with DPD or AnPost on your behalf.
DO WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes we currently offer free shipping to Ireland on orders over €125 (ENTER CODE FREE-IRE) and to the UK on orders over £115 (ENTER CODE FREE-UK). In time we hope to be able to offer it to Europe and the Rest of the World and to offer it on lower orders also. But we hope for now that our shipping costs are offset against the cost and time involved in travelling to your local store by shopping with us online.
For our Irish customers; you may also arrange to collect your order from our office reception by hand to save on shipping costs. Please email us for the code to use for this facility.
DO WE REFUND THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES IF YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER?
If you are in the European Union and you cancel your full order within 7 days after the date you receive your goods we will refund the shipping costs you paid as part of that order in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the seven days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order.
